Enable 'Unknown Sources'
To Download applications outside of Google Play Store.
To enable 'Unknown Sources' in target device (the device you want to monitor), Go to Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources and turn it ON
Steps can very depending on the mobile OS version, if you are running android OS 5.0 or more then you should Skip this step as the Mobile installation process will automatically guide you through it.

Download & Install Shadow SPY
Open any Web Browser on target mobile and type "www.shadow-spy.com/downloads" and GO/Enter
In Downloads page -> tap on 'Click Here to start download'
Once the download is complete, tap the download file to start installation. You may be prompted here to enable 'Unknown Sources'.
Sign-In/Sign-Up with Shadow SPY account and follow the instructions to configure.
